Marco Nunes

Marco Nunes is an award-winning bartender, hospitality professional and drinks educator with extensive experience across Australia and internationally. Originally from Paris, Marco began his bartending career in France before honing his craft in London and later moving to Australia. His career has included numerous national and international accolades, including becoming the first Australian bartender to win the Angostura International Mixology Competition in Trinidad & Tobago. Marco was also the owner of award-winning venues Canvas Bar and Papa Jack’s, and has trained more than 10,000 bartenders and hospitality professionals around the world. Throughout his career, he has shared his expertise through industry training, consulting and education, helping hospitality professionals build their knowledge of cocktails, spirits and the craft of bartending.
