- How to pour a beer from a tap
- Beer families of ales and lagers
- The most common styles of beer, including light and dark ales, wheat beer, pale lager, and dark lager.
This course is designed to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of wine. We'll cover the basics of grape varieties, wine styles and glassware, as well as storage advice and tips for serving great wines. With this knowledge base, you will be able to confidently explore the world of wine with confidence and understanding.
This course, Introduction to Wine Knowledge, covers:
The styles of wine and the 20 most common grape varietals for wine making
How to store wine for both short-term and long-term storage
The best glassware for different types of wine
How to open wine and sparkling wine
How to decant wine, and how to pour still and sparkling wine.
In bartending, understanding the different cocktail shakers is essential. There are three main styles of cocktail shakers used globally: the three-piece Cobbler shaker, the two-piece Boston shaker, and the elegant Parisian shaker. Each shaker offers a unique approach to mixing drinks and crafting delightful cocktails for you and your guests.
