Nokturnl is a dynamic business with a mission to push boundaries and elevate the hospitality industry throughout Australia. Originating from Perth, the team behind Nokturnl is celebrated for its achievements, including establishments like The Old Synagogue, The Beaufort, and The Station, which have garnered recognition for their innovation and excellence.

Their latest project, Stories hospitality precinct located in Yagan Square, promises to inject new energy into Perth's CBD. Comprising nine bars, three restaurants, a speakeasy, rooftop bar, private dining space, and a sprawling beer garden, Stories aims to redefine the city's social scene.

At the helm of Nokturnl are Ross Drennan and Drew Flanagan, childhood friends turned business partners. Their journey, from organising successful festivals to establishing brick-and-mortar ventures, defies the conventional wisdom that discourages mixing business with personal relationships.

Each Nokturnl venue offers a unique experience rooted in history and culture. From The Old Synagogue, Western Australia's first synagogue turned into a modern hospitality destination, to The Beaufort, a vibrant hub on Beaufort Street featuring a beer garden and a hidden speakeasy, and The Station, housed in a heritage-listed former Police Station in South Perth, the team behind Nokturnl has consistently delivered memorable experiences.

Nokturnl is partnering with Allara Global to supercharge their staff development. Nokturnl will leverage Allara Global's comprehensive learning solutions, including an extensive course library, customisable learning paths, powerful enterprise learning platform and seamless integration with Tanda, to equip Nokturnl's team for success.

In addition, the creation of a customised digital employee handbook, created in partnership with Allara Global's learning team, will empower employees with easy access to information and enhance their onboarding experience.
