This course aims to refresh and reinforce knowledge around the fines and penalties that may apply to venues and/or individuals for offences under Queensland’s Responsible Service of Gambling legislation.

Course topics include:

• Displaying appropriate signage throughout gaming venues
• Paying out cash and prizes correctly
• Dealing with patrons who present as problem gamblers
• Understanding legal requirements and responsibilities
